Panama License Upgrading - Updating - Ship Registrations

Our main goal is to provide license renovation services, license upgrading services, training to maritime personal or boat owners and ship registration in the Republic of Panama.

We focus on processing certifications and accreditation support to Officers, Seamen and Captains in the Republic of Panama. Our Marine Training Center is authorized and accredited by the Panama Maritime Authority (AMP) and the International Maritime Organization (IMO). High quality courses are provided as well as programs that are overlooked and accepted by ship owners, Captains, Chief Engineers and well know businessmen in the Republic of Panama. Moreover, we provide easy access to various ship certifications with the Panamanian registry and others.

The following courses are authorized thru us by the Panama Maritime Authority (AMP).

  • Basic training courses (First Aid, Fire Fighting, Survival at Sea and Social Responsibility) Section A-VI-1, STCW-95.
  • Navigational duty watch for A/B, ordinary seaman’s of Deck as well as Oilers (engine).Section A/II-4, Table A/II-4 and Section A/III-4, Table A/III-4, STCW-95.
  • Crowd Management. Section A/V-2 and A/V-3, STCW-95.
  • Crisis Management. Section A/V-2 and A/V-3, STCW-95.
  • Tanker Ship Familiarization. Section A/V-1, STCW-95
  • (GMDSS) Global Maritime Distress and Safety System, Section A/IV-1, STCW-95. ISPS (CSO/SSO/PFSO)
  • Advanced Fire Fighting
  • Medical Care

All mentioned courses are valid for a period of five (5) years according to the IMO.

Seaman who wishes to apply for a Panamanian license must have all certified basic courses in order to qualify for a position of Ordinary Seaman. If the applicant wishes to apply for Oiler or Able Body Seaman, thy must add a copy of their Navigational Duty Watch.
